Classes to get involved in
Achieve more independence and build the skills and confidence you need to live your life your way. Our classes and activities are designed to increase self-esteem, promote social and cognitive skills and increase physical wellbeing and independence. Each of our locations offers a broad range of activity and class options from cooking to music, technology, art and craft, photography and more. Come along and join in, or just relax and connect with friends and our carers, in an open, safe space where you can feel comfortable and at ease. Making friends and becoming involved is all part of the process at our community hubs.
One-on-one support with our community workers
Our community hubs also offer one on one support in a relaxed, and friendly environment. Our dedicated and qualified mentors are here to support you, wherever you are at. With a goal to provide support and care that meets each individual’s needs and capabilities, we offer activities for people of all levels. Our programs are intended to provide support, services and activities that help both aged care and disability clients to achieve their goals.
