Community Gateway Wellbeing Services offer a range of in home and community services.
Wellbeing Services are focused on working with the client rather than for the client and understands that the client is at the centre of planning their own care.
The Wellbeing Services team will work with each client to provide a flexible service of their choice. From their initial contact, clients are encouraged to make decisions that best meet their own needs and preferences, and to feel comfortable that these can and do change over time.
Once we know the service(s) a client requires they are given an overview of the three most appropriate Community Workers so that they can choose the team member they would prefer to provide their service. Community Gateway provides services funded under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and is a registered Home Care Package provider. Community Gateway are also a registered provider under the NDIS.

Services are generally delivered between 7.30am and 6pm weekdays, however they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
